A1) Case Closed can be installed locally to your serves or can be run from our data centers

Q2) Can changes/enhancements be made to the software if needed?

A2) Yes, we can make modifications to suit your needs.

Q3) Is there a required maintenance fee?

A3) Maintnence fee is not required but strongly recommended. It would include minor changes and technical support

Q4) Can Case Closed software be integrated with other applications that we use?

A4) Yes, depending on the integration requested. We currently integrate with Porter Lee's evidence software

Q5) What exactly is Case Closed and what does it do?

A5) Case Closed is a Police Case Management Software that tracks investigations for all crimes including crimes against person, property and narcotics. The founder was a former narcotics detective and therfore understands investigations.
