Meet the Management Team

Douglas Wood

Douglas Wood is CEO of Case Closed Software, and its parent company Crime Tech Solutions, LLC which he formed in 2015.

Prior to creating Case Closed Software, Douglas was Founder and CEO of CompliAAS® (purchased by Private Equity) and Executive Vice President of Infoglide Software Corporation (purchased by FICO Corporation)

Douglas is also a Founding Partner at WHISL, a revolutionary new social media startup software company.

Sharon Knight

Sharon is the company's Controller and CFO. She joined the company in 2018 after a 20+ year career in finance at a leading telecommunications firm.

Sharon also acted as Controller for CompliAAS®, a financial services compliance company which was purchased by Private Equity in 2015.

Mehul Panchal

Mehul Panchal is Chief Technology Officer for Case Closed Software. Mehul manages a team of developers who deliver the technology innovation that make Case Closed the most feature-rich investigation management platform available today.

Mehul is also CEO of Appuno Inc, a leading development company specializing in leading-edge technology development, and is a co-owner of WHSL, an innovative social media app focused on influencers across the globe.

Kelly Walters

Kelly Walters leads the Customer Success Group within Case Closed Software. She manages a team of customer implementation and support specialists to ensure the company's global user base is constantly delighted.

Kelly's team also oversees cloud operations and new customer inquiries.

Christopher South

Chris South is Head of Technology Innovations for Case Closed Software. In his role, Chris works to set the roadmap for new products and feature sets. Chris began his career at Case Closed Software as a junior programmer and has successfully added responsibilities as his achievements grow.
